We'll be doing a small infrastructure related upgrade. S-Docs will be offline during this period.
1 update →We will be doing some small incremental changes to the UI as well as some backend application hardening changes as part of this release. S-Docs will be offline during this time period.
2 updates →S-Docs needs to perform a quick migration update and will be doing a restart of the authentication component of our server.
1 update →S-Docs will be performing a minor database maintenance. S-Docs will be down during this time.
1 update →We've identified a minor data migration issue for a small set of accounts that were not performed during this past weekend's release. We are going to take the app offline for 30 mins starting Monday Nov 17th between 9pm and 9:30pm US Eastern Time to complete those migrations. We expect the downtime for the app to be a shorter but giving ourselves 30 mins in case we run into issues during this maintenance.
1 update →S-Docs for HubSpot is getting new features and enhancements as part of the November 2025 release. This release includes some major infrastructure changes that requires an extended maintenance window. S-Docs will be offline during this period. Update as of Nov 16th, 8am ET: We have completed the maintenance and S-Docs application is back online.
