S-Docs has not seen any new failures since the infrastructure provider resolved their performance issue. All systems are operational.

Our infrastructure provider has rectified and are seeing the degradation issues rerduce. S-Docs team will be monitoring the same and ensuring that workflow requests area going through.

We have received notice that our integration infrastructure provider is seeing performance degradation as a result we are seeing errors and workflows not completing resulting in higher failure rates.
