HubSpot workflow delays issue RESOLVED. The backlog of requests has now been cleared. All requests are processing normally.

S-Docs November 2025 release has been completed successfully. Our internal validation and checks have resulted in no issues being identified. S-Docs is now online.

We observed that document generation via workflow as well as manually were failing. We quickly determined one of our API servers was not up and running and restarted the server. The issue was resolved once the servers were restarted.
